Having a support system is important. Especially, if you are dealing with a mental health issue. Reach out to family and friends. They can offer you emotional support. A family is a place of getting relaxation. The maximum psychological problem can be solved with the help of family and friends. But we FAILED in this regard.
Here are some wrong ideas that you should not do while you are staying with your family.
1. You should not give too much time on mobile phones
Solution: Try to avoid social media. Spend your time with your family.
2. Don’t abuse your family members

(ii) Talk to someone: Try to talk when your mind thinks negatively. It helps to keep your brain busy. This is an awesome idea. You can follow it.
Reframe Your Beliefs:
Beliefs are the strongest thing. You could die because of your belief. In addition, you could be released from a mental disorder as well. Nobody knows what kind of belief you have. If it’s positive, then that’s good. But if it’s negative, then your mental health is at risk. So, it’s crucial that you reframe your beliefs.
Try to clear your mindset. A clear mindset will help you see things differently and more positively. You can do this through writing, meditation, or counseling.
So. what’s the most powerful to reframe belief? Meditation in the morning. Though there is no specific time for the meditation. But, if you could do it in the morning, your day will be amazing.
Finally, I want to suggest to you that “Take Your Decision wisely”. Money is not important always. You should take a break if you determine your problem. On the other hand, if you are born with a mental disorder, you should not give up. But, it’s better to find another career.
